Financial Planner

H&B seeks an individual to (a) assist in the preparation of custom financial plans, (b) implement the firm's investment strategy as it applies to each client, and (c) communicate with our clients and their advisors. H&B has openings for both experienced individuals as well as recent college graduates.

Qualifications:

• One to five years experience in providing personal financial planning services or a related financial background and education
• Ability to prepare income tax, cash flow, and education cost projections, retirement income needs analyses, estate distribution plans, and risk management (i.e., insurance) reviews
• At least an intermediate level of understanding of traditional investment vehicles (e.g., stocks, bonds, mutual funds)
• CFP, CPA and/or CFA licensee or candidate is desired
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The ideal candidate is an individual who (a) is detail oriented, (b) seeks intellectual challenges, (c) desires to develop long-term relationships with clients, and (d) wants to play an important role in the continuing development of a successful wealth management firm.
